What is mosaic art?
Mosaic art is the process of creating images or patterns by assembling small pieces of materials like stained glass, tile, stone, or ceramics. These pieces, called tesserae, are arranged and adhered to a surface to form a finished design.
What materials do you use?
I use a variety of high-quality materials including stained glass, vintage china and jewelry, natural stone, shells, and found objects. Materials are chosen for color, texture, and durability to suit the design and location of the mosaic.
Can I visit your studio?
My studio is open by appointment only. If you'd like to see my work in person or discuss a custom order, please get in touch, and we’ll set up a time.
Do you teach classes or workshops?

Can your mosaics be displayed outdoors?
Some mosaics are suitable for outdoor installation, if they are made specifically for outdoor displays. When a piece is intended for outdoor use, I use weather-resistant materials and adhesives. Most of my current mosaic pieces are intended for indoor use and should not be used outdoors.
Do you take custom orders or commissions?
Yes. I love working with clients to create custom mosaic pieces, whether it's a decorative wall art, a sign, or a special gift that utilizes some sentimental piece of china or jewelry. Reach out through my contact / commission page to start the conversation.
How long does a custom piece take?
It depends on the size and complexity of the project. Small pieces might take a few days, while larger or more detailed works can take much longer. I’ll always provide a time estimate when we discuss your project.

Do you ship your artwork?
Yes, I can ship most pieces safely within the U.S. Shipping costs vary based on size and destination. Due to the nature of mosaic art, I take extra care with packaging the art.
