Shipping Policy

Thank you for supporting independently made art!  Each mosaic piece is handcrafted and carries a story.  I hope it brings beauty into your space and great joy to you.   If you'd like, I’d love to see where it ends up. Feel free to tag me or send a photo!  Thanks again for supporting independent art. It really does make a difference!

Care Instructions:

I take great care in creating and packaging each piece of art and am committed to making sure your order arrives safely and in a timely manner. Please review the shipping details below before placing your order.

  • Detailed care instructions provided with each completed piece

  • Indoor pieces: are never intended for outdoor use

  • Avoid harsh chemicals, pressure washing, or abrasive cleaning

Where I ship:

Currently I ship within the United States.  If you are outside of the U.S. and interested in a piece, please contact me.

Ready to ship items:  Typically processed in 3-5 days.

Custom or commissioned work:  Processing time varies depending on the size and complexity of the piece.  This will be discussed during the ordering process.

Shipping Methods + Rates:

Shipping is available via USPS. Rates are calculated at checkout based on items in your cart. You will receive a tracking number by email when your item ships. Please contact me before placing an order if you'd like to make other arrangements for shipping. 

Returns + Exchanges:

 I use protective, secure packaging to help ensure your mosaic arrives safely. However, due to the fragile nature of mosaic art, please inspect your package upon arrival.  If your item arrives damaged, please:

  • Contact me within 48 hours of delivery at lisa@lisapilorz.com).

  • Please include clear photos of the item, packing, and shipping label.

  • I’ll work with you to replace or refund the item as appropriate.

 

If your package is marked ‘delivered’ but hasn’t arrived:

  • Double-check your shipping address and surrounding area.

  • Contact the shipping carrier to report on the issue.

  • If the issue is unresolved, reach out to me and I’ll do my best to assist.

 

Please note that I cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered.

Due to the unique and handmade nature of my mosaics, I do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if you have a problem with your order, please reach out.  I’m happy to help make things right.
